The client should provide certain time for us to proceed with refunding process. The customer is not entitled for the refund if, he/she has already received the final files of the project (source code).
The refund will be made at the sole discretion of XHTML Developers only, and may or may not be provided, depending on the case. The refund will be made on the entire payment, after deducting the transaction fees charged while making the payment i.e. through pay pal or any other transfer mechanism.
